Over the next several weeks, Roscoe's route service representatives (RSRs) will begin wearing high visibility uniforms, including pants, shirts, shorts, and jackets.
Our RSRs spend a lot of time in potentially-hazardous environments like parking lots, loading docks and roadways. Although visibility uniforms are not required by law for the work and exposure that our RSRs are subject to, we at Roscoe would rather be safe than sorry when it comes to our team members. In addition to employee safety, an accident caused due to low visibility and not taking precautionary measures leaves your company open to OSHA fines and increased insurance premiums. Additionally, an accident that could have possibly been prevented can also affect employee morale.text
